Technicians On Site
The Technicians On Site smart table displays the work orders that are in the status of In Progress (i.e., currently being worked on), as shown in Screenshot 1.
Navigation: Service > WO Outstanding > Technicians On Site

The Technicians On Site smart table functions as all other smart tables do. Columns include the following information:
Column | Description |
WO # | Displays work order number, this column is clickable. If the user clicks on a work order number, the work order detail pop-up is opened (as shown in Screenshot 2) |
Service Provider | Displays service provider who started the work order |
Provider Type | Displays provider type (e.g., external or internal) |
Technician | Displays name of the technician who started the job on this work order |
Role | Displays user role |
Start Date | Displays start date of job |
Site Name | Displays site name |
Site Description | Displays description of site |
City | Displays site city |
State | Displays site state |

Configuration and Notes
- Technicians On Site smart table can be turned on or off by user roles.
- A work order can be completed via Kiosk, Mobile, or the central application, using either the Start, Pause, Complete functionality or the Job Complete functionality.
- After a work order has been completed, it may or may not require store manager review (depending on client configuration), which may or may not auto-advance (again, depending on configuration).
